Administrator:
1. Can bann without permission but must post reason in the NEW bann forum.
2. Must issue 2 warnings before bann unless rules say otherwise.
3. Must help people when they need help if you can't help them ask me.
4. No abusing your administrator commands.
Moderator:
1. Must help anyone with problems.
2. Can report a user to admin for bann.
3. Cannot apply for administrator until you have proven worthy.
4. Abuse your title.
5. Give false information.
Forum Helpers
1. Must Redirect topic in the wrong catergory.
2. Must lock topics that go nowhere.
3. Can post {Solved} on Topic title.
4. Cannot abuse powers.
